For customized products (e.g., T-shirt printing, ID cards), no changes will be accepted once the design is finalized. Please double-check the design before giving the final printing approval.
Payment Policy
For bulk or customized orders, at least 50% advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or during delivery.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3-7 working days depending on the order type. However, for bulk orders or unavoidable circumstances, timing may vary.
Return & Refund
As most of our products are customized, they are non-returnable once produced. However, if there is a printing error from our side, we will rectify it or provide a replacement.
Copyright & Logo Usage
The legal rights to any logo or design provided by the customer belong to the customer. We are not responsible for any copyright violations or illegal content provided by the client.
